This is a place created both for blissful relaxation and active holidays. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling, roller skating, or riding scooters. An additional highlight is the network of cycling paths running along the beach, allowing you to fully enjoy breathtaking seaside views.

Our guests can choose between Comfort Cottages and VIP Cottages by the pool. Each cottage offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of space to relax. On the property you will find attractions for both adults and children, including a heated swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, Finnish hot tub, playground, go-karts, bicycles, and the possibility of rides in an electric vehicle (Melex).

The area is fenced and monitored, and free parking is available for our guests.

Comfort Cottages

Comfort Cottages are an ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay in a peaceful, natural environment. Each cottage offers space for spending time together and full amenities that make you feel at home.

Each cottage features a living room with direct access to a terrace. The living room includes a fold-out corner sofa with sleeping space for two people, as well as a table with chairs. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and a complete set of dishes, pots, and cutlery.

The cottages include a bathroom and two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has two large beds, while the second bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. One of the bedrooms also features a balcony.

An additional advantage is air conditioning and heating. The cottages are heated via air conditioning, and the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort even outside the summer season.

VIP Cottages

VIP Cottages by the pool are designed for guests who appreciate a higher standard, maximum comfort, and excellent conditions for relaxation. The cottages are located next to the pool area, and their layout and terrace orientation encourage relaxation at any time of day.

Each cottage features a spacious living room with access to a terrace facing south and west. The living room includes a fold-out corner sofa for two people and a table with chairs. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and a complete set of dishes, pots, and cutlery.

VIP Cottages include a bathroom and two separate bedrooms, each with two large beds. Both bedrooms also have private balconies, providing even more space and comfort.

All rooms in VIP Cottages are air-conditioned. On cooler days, comfort is ensured by air-conditioning heating and partial underfloor heating.

Attractions in the area
Sunny Baltic Rusinowo

Our property is located approximately 1 km from a beautiful sandy beach, where you can relax while swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying peace and quiet. Not every seaside town can offer such conditions.

The beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or by car. Right next to the beach there is a very large free parking area, which is a unique feature of our region.

In addition to seaside attractions, the area is perfect for active recreation: walking, Nordic walking, cycling, skateboarding, roller skating, or go-karting.

Along the beach stretches a 15 km cycling path towards Darłowo, which has charmed many visitors.

In Darłowo, you can visit the castle, take a cruise on a Viking ship, or enjoy attractions at Jan Water Park.

Especially for families with children, we recommend the wonderful Charlotta Valley, offering many attractions such as walking trails, horse riding, seal feeding, and a zoo with lemurs.
